Sending Hope for 2021 is a community art project led by Friends of Highland Arts (FoHA), a non-profit focused on arts and community in the Highland Park neighborhood of St. Paul, MN. We are working in partnership with the Highland Business Association (HBA) to infuse our community with vibrant creativity and Hope for the New Year of 2021. We are asking you to send us original ART and we will display these works in the windows of participating businesses throughout the Highland Park neighborhood.
