Information about Property and Sale
The School Board approved and directed SPPS to place the property located at 900 Albion Street for sale. The 91-year-old building is the only unoccupied property owned by the school district. The now vacant property has been under review as part of the district’s Facilities Master Plan process that began in May of 2014.
