Cleveland Avenue Resurfacing
The surface layer of the roadway on Cleveland Avenue between St. Paul Avenue and Ford Parkway in Saint Paul will be removed and replaced with new, smooth pavement in fall 2017. Curbs at intersections will be replaced with new, accessible ramps for pedestrians.
Post 2017 Plans
The stretch from Itasca to Mississippi River Blvd is scheduled to be milled and overlaid in 2020. St. Paul Avenue from Cleveland to Edgcumbe is scheduled for mill and overlay in 2019. The stretch from Edgcumbe to W. 7th is scheduled for 2020.
