Highland and MacGroveland at the forefront of home care innovation! Episcopal Homes announces NeighborCare
Episcopal Homes has received a grant from the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services to help launch NeighborCare, an innovative home care model designed to help older adults remain in the homes they love instead of moving to assisted living, preserving their resources.
By focusing on a small hub of service, we can offer the freedom of having no minimum time commitment, and also the security of knowing we can respond 24-hours a day to unscheduled situations. This is truly unlike any other eldercare option, and it’s being launched right in our MacGroveland / Highland Park neighborhood.
