Our community needs your help. Blood supplies are low and food insecurity in our neighborhood is real.
Join us on February 27 for a blood and donation drive – a socially-distanced community giving day in partnership with Memorial Blood Center, Neighborhood House, Highland District Council, Highland Business Association, Friends of Highland Arts, Macalester-Groveland Community Council and St. Paul Parks and Recreation. It’s simple and safe and centralized at the Highland Park Community Center; you can drop off nonperishable foods anytime during the day and/or donate blood by appointment. Please wear a mask and follow COVID-19 safety protocols.
FOOD DONATION DRIVE
Donations will be accepted in the Highland Park Community Center’s parking lot; please see the below list of items requested by Francis Basket Food Market. Follow the signs to the curbside drop off area.
Nonperishable foods will be donated to Francis Basket Food Market, our local food pantry at Sibley Manor that is run by Neighborhood House.

BLOOD DRIVE: 10 am – 3 pm (by appointment)
In the gym at the Highland Park Community Center with strict COVID-19 safety protocols
If you’re feeling healthy and well, help protect our community’s blood supply by donating at the blood drive. All blood types are urgently needed, especially O negative (O-) and O positive (O+).
