Highland District Council (HDC) invites students in grades 11, 12 or college and who live or go to school in Highland Park to join us as a Student Liaison October 2025 through June 2026.
As a liaison with the council, you will learn more about city government, transportation, development, and community engagement while providing us with valuable insight into what’s most important for the next generation of Highland residents.
Your responsibilities as a Student Liaison: Attend and participate in monthly board and committee meetings. Meetings are held at the Highland Park Community Center, and they can be attended online or in-person.
