St. Paul Parks and Recreation’s 2022 special permit archery hunt is planned to take place in Crosby Farm Regional Park and in Highland Park in the area behind Circus Juventas on October 10 – 12 and October 31 – November 2. Crosby Farm Regional Park will be closed to the public during these dates.
