Highland District Council’s Community Development Committee (CDC) is responsible for all zoning, housing, building code, business and economic development matters affecting the Highland Area. The CDC typically meets the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 – 8pm, unless noted. This meeting will take place in the Teen Room at the Highland Park Community Center (1978 Ford Parkway, Saint Paul, MN 55116). All are welcome to attend in-person or online via Zoom.
