HDC Board Member Election
The Highland District Council (HDC) is led by a group of neighborhood volunteers who are elected by Highland Park residents and business representatives to bring the voices of the community to the City of St. Paul on issues like development, transportation, affordable housing and environmental concerns.
The HDC Election for At-large and Grid Representatives will run online March 29 through April 3 via Survey Monkey. Mail-in ballots will also be accepted and must be received by April 5 at 5pm. If you would like to receive a mail-in ballot, please call Kathy at 651-695-4005 or email email@example.com.
The following positions are up for election this year:
- Two at-large representatives from any of the grids in Highland Park. You may vote for up to two candidates. The individuals who receive the 3rd and 4th highest votes will be named at-large alternate representatives. You may vote for up to two candidates.
- One representative from grids 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 11. Click here to find your grid. You may only vote for candidates in your grid. If your grid is not up for election, you may only vote for the At-large candidates.
