Shepard Davern Plan & District 15 Plan Amendment and Shepard Davern Zoning Study – City Council Public Hearing @ City Council Chamber, 3rd floor of the City Hall/Courthous
Jan 21 @ 5:30 pm

In December 2012, the Saint Paul Planning Commission initiated a planning update of the Shepard Davern Small Area Plan as an addendum of the Highland Park District Plan, and initiated a zoning study to consider potential rezoning of some properties in the same area. Over 13 months, city staff worked with a Shepard Davern community task force to identify priorities to guide future planning, civic investments and land use. This work will be advanced through a revised plan update and rezoning of some properties. Information on the proposed plan update and property rezoningsto be considered by the Saint Paul City Council can be found atwww.stpaul.gov/sheparddavern or by contacting Michelle Beaulieu atmichelle.beaulieu@ci.stpaul.mn.usor 651.266.6620.

To provide official comments to the City Council on the proposed plan updates or rezonings, attend the January 21stpublic hearing, or send written comments by 4:30 p.m. on January 20th tomichelle.beaulieu@ci.stpaul.mn.usor Michelle Beaulieu, Planning and Economic Development, 25 W. 4th Street, 1300, Saint Paul MN 55102.
