Annual Meeting & Board Elections

HOW TO VOTE

HDC Board Elections will take place from 5 pm on Monday, May 11th through 5pm on Monday, May 18th.   Candidate information and links to an online ballot will be available on our website beginning on Monday, May 11th beginning at 5 pm.

Online voting will take place between 5 pm on Monday, May 11th and 5 pm Monday, May 18th.

This election includes electing representatives from even numbered grids to serve a two-year term. as well as two at-large representatives.  If you are unsure of the grid number you reside in please go to our searchable map for information.  All residents are eligible to vote for at-large candidates.

If you cannot vote online please contact us to receive a printed ballot, at  651.695.4005 or email info@highlanddistrictcouncil.org. Completed ballots must be returned by mail to HDC by Monday, May 18 at 5:00 p.m.  Please mail ballots to HDC-Elections 1978 Ford Pkwy, St Paul, MN  55116

All residents are eligible to vote for two at-large candidates.  If you vote twice for the same candidate, only one vote will count.

ANNUAL MEETING  PRESENTATION  

On April 23rd the Highland District Council hosted (HDC) hosted an annual meeting presentation.  This presentation includes an update on accomplishments over the past year, explains how you can become involved with the HDC, and includes all the information you will need to participate in online voting.
