Residential Design Standards (March 2015)
The Planning Commission released the draft of Ward 3 Residential Design Standards study and recommendations for public review at their meeting of March 27, 2015. Click here to access the document (scroll to page 12).
A public meeting is scheduled for Friday, May 8, 2015, at 8:30 a.m. in the basement (Room 40) of City Hall (15 Kellogg Blvd W.).
Height and Density Study (October 2014)
The City’s Department of Planning and Economic Development (PED) is beginning a study of height and density of new homes in Ward 3. Mike Richardson will be leading the study. 2009 Residential Design Standards Ordinance
A Zoning Study of current dimensional and building design standards applicable to
the new construction or remodeling of single-family homes been approved and will be completed by January 1, 2015 February 1, 2015.
