Highland Bank’s plans to renovate its building at 2100 Ford Pkwy. include the construction of a one-story addition with retail stores, a reconfigured drive-through and a remodeled interior. The interior renovation will start soon, and work on the addition is expected to begin in late March. John Wall of Highland Bank and Todd Mohagen of Mohagen Hansen Architects reviewed the plans with the Community Development Committee of the Highland District Council on November 17. The most visible change will be a 2,400-square-foot addition along Ford Parkway on what is now green space. Mohagen said the newly configured retail space could be leased by one to four tenants.
