Hundreds of community members joined Ramsey County, Interfaith Action of Greater Saint Paul and the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet for a two virtual town hall in late December 2020 and early January 2021 to discuss a potential shelter for families with children experiencing homelessness located in the Sisters of St. Joseph’s Provincial House at 1880 Randolph Avenue.
