Highland District Council’s Community Development Committee (CDC) is responsible for all zoning, housing, building code, business and economic development matters affecting the Highland Area. All HDC committees have 9 members, which include 5-7 board members, 2-4 members of the community and 2 alternates.
Monthly meeting times: The Community Development Committee meets the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 – 8pm. Currently, all HDC meetings are conducted via Zoom.
