In-person meetings, are not practical or prudent because of the COVID-19 health pandemic emergency declared under Minn. Stat. Chapter 12 by the Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Saint Paul Mayor Melvin Carter. In light of the COVID-19 health pandemic, members of the HIghland District Council will participate in HDC meetings by telephone or other electronic means.

Snow Emergencies Explained – Join us on Wednesday, July 15, from 6:30 – 7:30 pm for an overview of the snow emergency process including: how the current Snow emergency decisions are made, what the routes are, staffing, work done to come back and do intersections, etc. The presentation by Matthew Morreim, PE, Division Manager, Street Maintenance, City of St. Paul Public Works will be followed by a question and answer session.
