You can run to serve on the Board of the District Council if you reside in an even number grid or would like to serve as an At-Large member of the Board.
To do so you will need to complete a Candidiate Information Form and submit it (with an optional picture) by 5 pm on Friday, May 8th.

During this time you are still able to contact City of Saint Paul. In addition to the information that is available on the City of Saint Paul website and the Ramsey County website. In addition both the City and County have specific COVID-19 Information at: City of Saint Paul COVID-19 and Ramsey County COVID-19.
Separately we have received information on how to interact with the City Council and participate in land use and zoning applications during this time.

Our Annual Meeting Presentation will be available for viewing beginning on April 23rd at 6:30 PM. The district council presentation is designed to update the community on accomplishments over the past year, explain how you can become involved with the HDC, and all the information you will need to participate in online voting.
Voting for board seats will occur in May 2020. All Highland Park residents will receive a post card with voting instructions. For more information or check the HDC website at highlanddistrictcouncil.org!
