The HDC has developed a draft Equity Plan to further our efforts to engage all community members in the District Council’s decision-making, planning, and programming. This includes fair and just representation and inclusion of individuals from all racial, ethnic, cultural, linguistic, socio-economic, religious, sexual/gender identity and other protected classes in our community.
