Recycling Bins can be picked up at the Hillcrest Recreation Center desk, 1978 Ford Pkwy.  Please bring proof that you are a Highland Resident (any document with your address)

The Center hours are:

Monday - Thursday 9 am to 9 pm

Friday 9 am to 6 pm

Some Saturdays and Sundays, but vary by season.
