MINUTES OF HIGHLAND DISTRICT COUNCIL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
June 3, 2008

Members of the Highland District Council Executive Committee met June 3, 2008 6:00 PM to set the agenda for the June 5 board meeting. Members present were: Shawn Bartsh, Bill Klein, Steve Lentsch, Joseph McCabe, Tim Puffer, Jennifer Taylor James, and Brent Van Tassel.

Eureka Recycling Presentation

Community Appointments to Standing Committees

Relationship between HDC and HBA

West 7^{th Business Association Update}^{Status of Offer in Compromise
Crime Grant
Other recurring agenda items such as treasurers report, public comments, committee reports.
It was suggested to invite someone from the city to present at the July meeting regarding pertinent city functions.
It was asked if any of the standing committees had any issues. Homecroft school and Rock Tenn were discussed. Hiring of a crime prevention intern was also discussed.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
