Over 800 St. Paul residents have already saved big on their energy bills by participating in Neighborhood Energy Service. The program, a joint effort by Metro CERT and the Neighborhood Energy Connection, educates residents about energy use and then sends a crew to their home to install basic energy saving materials. Once doors have been weather stripped, light bulbs changed, and thermostats replaced average participants have been saving over $100 per year on their energy bills. Plus as a special bonus, participants will receive personal energy reports in the mail after their home visit.

Workshops are coming to Highland Park this Fall, please call Kathy at 651-695-4005 for more info.  RSVPs are appreciated but walk-ins are welcome.  Please tell friends and neighbors: this deal is too good not to share! The home visit costs $30.  More information at http://nes.mncerts.org
