Ramsey County has identified Randolph Ave to be reconstructed in 2015 from Snelling Avenue to 35E. The purpose of the project is to improve the deteriorating roadway by completely reconstructing it. The preliminary design phase of the project is beginning. Public input is critical to help determine the roadway layout and design features. We are requesting residents attend a public meeting to ask questions and share ideas to help shape the project design.
A public Meeting will be held: Tuesday, November 12th at 5:00 PM Cretin-Derham Hall High School –The Commons 550 S. Albert St Enter through the main doors and walk straight ahead until you see a Yellow room on the left
The meeting will begin with a brief presentation from Ramsey County and St Paul staff discussing the design process, roadway layout, utilities, trees, bikes, pedestrians, safety and construction. Then the meeting will be opened up for discussion between staff and community members to voice questions and desires for the project. If you are unable to attend the meeting, but would like to discuss the project, contact Beth Engum at 651.266.7115.
